Q. My domain control panel login information is showing as incorrect. What do I need to do?
A. If you have misplaced your current control panel password, we will not be able to provide you with the password. Instead, you will receive a temporary password at your email address. Simply go to the control panel and click on the lost password button. You will enter your email address and click the continue button.
Shortly, you will receive a temporary password at the email address provided. This password will expire in THREE days, so be certain to change it when you log in to the control panel.
